For Jakeify, your resume is converted and immediately available for download. We do not store your personal documents on our servers after processing.

Career Scrape

Career Scrape uses web scraping to find real job listings from company career pages. This data is fetched in real-time and not stored. We respect robots.txt files and rate limits to ensure responsible scraping. The tool is designed for personal, non-commercial use by job seekers preparing for career fairs.

Jakeify Resume Conversion

When you use Jakeify, your resume is processed using AI to extract information and reformat it into Jake's Resume template. The original file is not retained after conversion. The converted resume is yours to download and use as you wish. We do not claim any rights to your resume content.

For Google integrations, we only request permissions necessary to create documents in your Google Drive. Your Google credentials are not stored on our servers, and authorization tokens are kept only in your browser's local storage. Excel and Word files are generated locally and downloaded directly to your device.

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information or resume data to third parties. Your job search information remains private. We use industry-standard encryption for data transmission. Analytics, if collected, are anonymous and used only to improve our services.
